Karla brought meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Division. He gave a presentation on
Meth Labs. A brief overview follows.

Meth is an extremely addictive drug that brings a really
high sales profit. Users continually
try to achieve the intensity of the first high.
Sudafed type drug

Liquid Fire

Things to look for:
Empty blister packs
Empty starting fluid cans with hole punched in bottom
Battery casings
Empty bottles
Drugs becoming popular again:
Acid
Date rape drug
Heroin
Ecstasy
“Rave
Parties” – no alcohol
Pacifiers/Ring
Pop
Dust Mask/Vapor Rub
Officer Debbie Williams gave crime report and discussed the
following items:

Karla spoke about the leash law. Robin recommended having someone from Animal Control come and
speak at one of our meetings.

Treasury audit was bypassed and an account will be
established for funds

Annual report was distributed and discussed

Meeting length to be shortened

Ideas for projects for this coming year – possibilities were
discussed

Flyers will be passed out for the meeting next month – will
contain schedule for the year
Karla initiated an election of new board members.
Harlon motioned to keep the present board and it was passed
unanimously.
Karla adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
