I am a real estate appraiser and consultant and operate offices for the appraisal of real property both in Manhattan and Queens.

My assignments have included the appraisal of all types of residential and income-producing property throughout the New York Metropolitan region for the purposes of market analysis, feasibility studies for mortgages, real estate taxes, sales, rental, corporate, estate reporting and certiorari.

New York State Real Estate Appraisal Board, January 1st 1991 - Present
I was appointed to the New York State Appraisal Board for a five year term by the State Legislature and subsequently reappointed. The Real Estate Appraisal Board is responsible for establishing Appraiser and Appraisal Qualifications within the State of New York. I was elected the Board's Chairman in April 1991 and served in this position until May 1997. I am currently a Member of the Board.

President - Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials
In 1992 the Regulatory Appraisal Boards in each state banded together and established the Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials. The primary purpose of the association is to improve administration and enforcement of real estate appraisal law in its member's jurisdictions and to facilitate the implementation of Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act between member states. In 1996, I was elected President of this association for a one year term.

Northeast Regional Advisory Board - FANNIE MAE
I was appointed to the Northeast Regional Advisory Board for a one year term in January of 1993. The purpose of this board is to examine FANNIE MAE policy and initiatives and their impact on the mortgage market.
