BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

 

Contracting and Construction Management - experience includes contract management, material, and purchasing. Small business and for national fortune 500 company.  1st hand experience in construction, remodeling, and renovation.  Third generation in the construction and real estate industry.

 

Real Estate Management - experience includes owner, owner representative, and third party services. Assistant Vice President and manager of portfolio real estate that included shopping centers, apartments,  farms, and scattered holdings of corporate real estate. Assistant Director Office Building Management for a large real estate third party services company.  Hi‑rise Office Building Management including tallest building in the state at the time.

 

Real Estate Finance - operated as Vice President, Loan Officer, and Department Head for large national mortgage banking company. Production, budget and management responsibility. Other positions included Chief Underwriter and Chief Appraiser, (construction and end loan production).  Division Head for Large Project Financing:  Condos, PUD, Subdivisions, New Towns, etc. (in most of the growth areas of continental United States). Approved FNMA Project Underwriter and mortgage loan underwriter in all FNMA regions.  Accepted FNMA III Appraiser. Specialty skills in Underwriting, and  Risk Analysis.  Active nationally in problem loans and workouts.

 

Real Estate Consulting and Appraising - Principle, operating for over last 25 years as a third party real estate services company. Expert Witness services include Court Testimony, Tax Assessment Appeals, Condemnation & Eminent Domain and Zoning Appeals. Specialty analyst services include Market Studies, Feasibility Studies, and other Advisory Real Estate Services. Qualified Expert Witness: Circuit, Superior, and District Courts.  Personal specialization commercial and income property types.  Heavy involvement in Student Campus Housing Markets.
